ชุดกระชับ and I watch the documentary on PBS and its from the UK and I don't think you can get it anymore you can try to stay behind it on youtube but it's an awesome documentary for this guy Michael mostly reason journalist I believe and he was trying am fasting different countries fast and he wanted to see what the thing was about fasting so he tried out having any found out it really help them lose weight in helped him lower his cholesterol is over blood work was a great as much sugar and use like fruit there something to the fasting think so he got together with some other people and year old the book the fact that it so if you can if you can find a documentary I would start there if not to get the book The Fast diet if you want to know all the scientific reasons but the fast diet is face on the promise of your body needs a break some food you don't need to be eating 24 7 so you don't need to be eating all the time you know
ชุดกระชับสัดส่วน when I was a kid that I'm 43 a group in the 7th we did not have snacks time all the time we did not eat every 2 or 3 hours we we ate breakfast been outside dungeon outside dinner that we did not eat they did not have snack times every 3 hours we also didn't eat all the junk food at the kids eat today for some guilty you said we didn't do that so I think her body needs a break just like the Cape May of times if you think about it they had 15 days when they went killed whatever in an eighth me had a big feast and then they went for periods without without anything to eat where they were hungry and they lived I think people who do this from what I buy bread they live a lot longer than we do Hui all the time so I think your body needs a break some food that makes so much since this is the first diet or lifestyle as I want to call it as ever made sense to me all the time tried every diet there is tied in the way back I Miserables I hate everybody I hate myself I for diet and this I don't so the promise of this and you don't even need the book it so easy all you do reading this is all you do 5 days a week you eat whatever you want within reason you if you want to do the Paleo diet on the things you can if you want to do low carb if you can if you want to eat whatever you want you can just run stay healthy in normal but you would eat at say if you were it's your ideal like 2 days a week you have 500 calories thats it thats the whole days 5 days he would you want to days only have 5 - calories my gas tank in 500 hours I'm going to start my own place
ชุดกระชับ I was food I'm food crazy person time from Australia I love German food I love all soon too I upset about food I can do this if I can do this anybody can do this so low so it say I'm there fries and a calorie I have a coffee in the morning and then I wait for as long as I can and then I have like a bigger dinner but I stay within my 5 other calories in its really easy I have like a can of low sodium super you can have a salad or you could have scrambled egg whites was such doubles there's so much you can eat and there's tons of recipes online that you can find it that a fighter even on Pinterest a fast I at this printer recipes on now that a really helpful and its just its keys so easy and I started it in October and buy Christmas I went from the size 10 12 to a size 6 I have not been a size 6 is Jr has happened to your hi its its been just amazing and he not the first two weeks hurts super miserable you know special if you really like Susan then after that if it really easy I have lost my crazy for sugar like a head before I'm not on my my days that you think I'm going to eat everything the next day I don't I don't know why I just don't care about food that I mean I care about it but not like I was before I'm not at the test and not okay this day I have to do I can't wait till I get have this in the process I'm not listening and I'm not this for snack and they're going to have this for dinner now don't do that in work and I pick kind of loose freeze you up from obsessing about food then know you have your two days that are fine one of calories and then you know you have the other days that you don't do its awesome I typically do it Mondays and Thursdays Monday to recover for the weekends Thursday to get ready for the weekend I drink allow the wine and I still lose weight it's amazing night did have to go off of it for couple months because I had disc replacing the surgery and sell that now and I'm back on my pants are getting once again that kind of tightened up that's the first time I try this I didn't even exercise in excellence the way you should exercise I bet you you would lose a lot more weight but you know I would give it a try it wouldn't hurt
ชุดกระชับสัดส่วน I would get try to find a documentary I'll put the links down below to help you out the try to find a documentary these get the books download the slice Fitness Pal if you don't know about that that's an awesome app to help you keep track of your calories in a much you weigh Google set a thing when I know its calorie you are and they keep track of it for you and then they'll let you know if you're ever in 5 more calories some My Fitness Pal it's awesome though really help on fast I booked PBS My Fitness Pal that's what all you need there's a Facebook page of 5 to diet with people that are is a commuter down there that will help you and there's a website the fast diet.
