I might be of interest for a few people at least hear my comments and thoughts 

ดูดไขมัน about transgender surgery since it's been so much talk recently about former Bruce Jenner and his transition to love the cupcakes and gender male to female transformation I just ate at this point from what I've read he's undergone some surgery cosmetic surgery to his face and his breast with the place in your breast implants as far as I understand but has not really done general surgery at least this yet it's interesting I was surprised when I talk to the issue talk to my patience mostly female that the issue they seem to generally accepted quite readily and yes more of my male friends and acquaintances kind of look up on this more of a publicity stunt and method for him to get to have knowledge meant for his television show well I had limited experience with transgender issues and patience but


I had some experience ดูดไขมัน I feel pretty strongly about it for someone to undergo a transition of the sort so difficult is probably so painful in many ways that it's clear to me that for most of these patients it's really a compulsion its and need a very strong need just as Bruce so Caitlin has said is a rose from his childhood that really has to be fulfilled these people don't do it Willie Nellie and without a lot of thought and the dedication to the idea so I myself though even I feel little uncomfortable about the transition that seven patients on the go if you have to accept that they have and you have to endorse it and support them in it people don't do radical that will make radical changes of the sort without a real strong need for it and as Caitlin has said it was something that arose in her childhood she thought you was being dishonest about who she was and she was on and I think that she said if she was on her deathbed and hadn't come out and with me major transitions she would have felt she's left lateral life is a lie so as difficult as it is I think we all have to accept and support these changes and this early


I wish wish her luck the type of surgery should not be performed until ดูดไขมัน people have a live for several years across gender of the rooms of dress and lifestyle and identity but I do think as I have seen in several patients who have lived as a female in the case of that I've seen or 1015 years it is clearly something that will help them to feel better about themselves and to solidify the image sa a female by undergoing of plastic surgery so my thoughts I'd love to hear yours you may agree or disagree but I think we have to be open minded and so much compassionate in supporting people who have this issue is is a powerful one thank you
